    Registering an online account is the very first step in getting started with Tax Shark. Simply use your email address or one of your social media logins to register. Fill-out your details as much as possible with the guided automated tax calculation portal. Don’t forget to input your mobile number during the registration process, this will help us to reach you to finalise your tax return faster. If you face any problems, seek help via live chat or call us, whichever is more convenient. You can see your tax estimate live in our portal along with some helpful articles to maximise your refund.     EXPERT REVIEW

    Our tax experts will review your tax return and get it ready for lodgement. If we find any error, we will communicate with you to ensure all the information is correct.     GET YOUR REFUND

    We will lodge your tax return with ATO after careful review. All you have to do is sit back and relax. Usually, ATO processes your tax assessment within 14 days of lodgement and sends the Notice of Assessment (NOA) to your postal address. If your assessment is payable, a payment slip will be attached with the NOA and if it is refundable, ATO will refund the amount to your nominated bank account. In certain situations, ATO may delay processing your refund, contact us and we will be able to help you with this. Please note you will need to sign and pay our service fees in order for us to lodge your tax return.     Our DIY process gives you the freedom of taking care of your taxes yourself. In addition, it is also a lot cheaper and easier on your wallet!

    Yes! Our registered tax agents will review and re-review your tax return to ensure there are no errors. We will communicate with you if we find any errors and resolve them promptly.

    Our efficient staff are always working hard for the prompt lodgement of your tax return. We have a 24-hour timeline policy in place where we aim to lodge your tax return within 24 hours from the moment your payment has been cleared.

    You can choose either of those options depending upon which is more convenient for you. If you are choosing the fee from refund policy, you have to inform us about that before we start working on your return. Please note we will charge an additional processing fee for this service.

    By using our upload & submit option you leave all the worrying to us. All you have to do is upload all your documents in our portal and we will take care of the rest. Our staff will take full responsibility for your tax return to ensure you the best service possible!
